My Penis Surgery Experience Phalloplasty

DANGEROUS TO BE DONE IN GERMANY!!!

I am going to share my phalloplasty surgery (penis surgery) experience and give my honest assessment.

Before surgery my flaccid length varied from 3 to 5 centimeters depending on my mood, temperature, activity, stress or whatever.

Erect I was about 12 centimeters long and 15 centimeters at mid shaft. My base was about 19 centimeters.

After YEARS of research and serious thought I decided to have the surgery. It's interesting to note not many doctors knew what to advice on this matter. My main problem attached to this was erection and not just a size matter.

I was recommended to take the operation in a serious country since there are many “interesting” places where things might be done with no guaranty.

So, I found the website from info@masculine.de in Germany which looks quite serious.

After some enquiries I decided to have the operation done there.

I contacted Dr.med. Aref El-Seweifi, who is originally from Egypt and asked me to come over to his office for an exam and discussion, Dr.med. Aref El-Seweifi is someone that doesn’t really listen what you saying but rather gives the impression that he has his own ideas and plans.

When you ask a question to him you normally end up answering it yourself and at the end seem that it was his answer, but always leaves you with a question mark.

Anyway, I went for it and got a date for the operation.

The cost of the operation seemed to me that was given more looking at my face than based on a rate.

The cost of the operation was over 5.000 Euros plus another 1.000 Euros for the anesthesia.  Obviously there were even some more cost not originally in my equation.

The doggy and strange thing is that there are no invoices or bills for anything. All goes in black thou it is Germany!!!

Of course that didn’t give me a good feeling at all!

THE SURGERY:

The day I showed up at the operation place (a private clink in Berlin, actually just a small section of a building), very different place than his office, it was very difficult to find out exactly where the operation was suppose to take place. No clear indications giving me a bad feeling about how serious the whole thing is.

Anyway, finally I was in the right place. All very private and definitely no other patient than me there…at one point in time I felt like running away from there as it gives the impression that it is all set up just for me.

The anesthesia cost I had to pay separately to a nurse, at that clink (anesthetic nurse) this just a bit before the operation.

Before the operation I had one minute meeting with the doctor who gave me the impression that he was just too busy to listen and wanted to get it done. He just said that he had too much work and is very busy doing operations. So, I didn’t know if that was good or not, but definitely I wanted to know more about what was going to take place in the operation. As usual, (I got to the conclusion) that he normally does not give answers so that he is free of being responsible of his words.

After a whole day waiting finally I got to the operation table, and injection... They put some music in my ears and got asleep immediately.

NEXT MORNING:

For my surprise the operation went very different than I was told and we agreed.

The main thing we agreed was:

1.         Penis lengthening. The suspensatory ligament attaching the penis from the inside of the pelvis will be detached so to gain the penis lengthening.

2.         Penis thickening. The operation is started with the patient being laid on his back. Cut from the rear (where the bottom fleshy part is) straps which are prepared corresponding to the length of the erect penis. These strips are then inserted under the skin of the penis during the same operation of penis lengthening procedure.

When the operation was over, and he came to see me (of course many hours later) the doctor could not even explain exactly what took place. Again I had to end up giving the answer… so; I ended up wondering what actually took place.

Definitely by his answer, the ligament was never cut! He forgot or was not in his agenda!

I was never told that the scar on my bad will be so large that I will regret for life! Not telling you how painful it was !!! and for many months!!!

There is no way to fix that!

The penis thickening left the penis in such a condition that was unrecognizable what was actually there. It was a gigantic ball of flesh and blood and was rather looking like an accident.

Technically the penis was suppose to be pulled out so on the healing process the penis will not retrocede, but the doctor never thought of how to hold a penis in that condition out. So, it was definitely a mess.

With lots of pain I tried as much as possible to hold the penis out with gauzes and bandages (as I was instructed) but they were many days of horrible pain. I was for 2 weeks not being able to do anything! I had to be looked after; I was not even able to walk properly.

Of course after keeping this “recommended” form of bandages so that the penis stays out (I hardly could pee) then it became a massive internal infection mainly due to the bad blood circulation.

FROM BAD TO WORSE:

I was already under the strongest antibiotics and I had to be sent urgently to the hospital for surgery. They nearly ended up cutting the whole penis.

The urologist at that hospital. One of the best urologists in Germany told me that this operation done by Dr.med. Aref El-Seweifi was a “pig’s job” , literally is what he said!

He said that I was just abused and that this was not a serious business.

He admitted that at the end of the day patients in Germany are often robed because the doctors fail to tell to patients not to go this route with private clinics.

In Germany this is a big business and many doggy doctors and clinics are there because there is a big demand of it. But very little is done to prevent patients and warn them of the dangerous places and outcomes.

I could not go to the same doctor for the urgent operation and so that he takes responsibility.

Since there is no prove of payments or even a bank account of anything. My  whole operation was done in “black” ass they call it in Germany; there is no way to get any guaranty on such operation. I was told that this is they way the mafia operates in Germany and there is not easy way to get them.

So, now after many months of recovering from the second operation, my penis looks like a project. An immense scar across the penis. Unfortunately the infection underneath was so bad that they had to remove a lot of tissue and now it became a massive scar, creating a hard scar which holds the penis from having the elastic performance.

The fat (the straps) taken from my bad (bottom) were not properly attached (if at all) to the front of the shaft, so the straps moved freely inside till they slipped back, and now all went straight back to the base of the penis, creating a big ball of fat sitting on the top base of the penis. This fat is now holding the penis to erect towards outside and in erections the penis forces itself to go inwards (very painful)

Now, to correct this I would need another operation with a cost of 4.000 Euros which can not be covered by any insurance!

These all, of course is not counting the cost of days not going to work, the amount of medicine I have to buy from my own, and many other costs that comes with it. Plus the many weeks of agony…again !!!

After many talks and investigation, it was recommended that we should be carful with the performance of this doctor.

There had been people that contacted me from Stuttgart and other places with similar comments. The main problem in Germany is that people are afraid to talk about their experience, what gives room for bad surgeons to do their business.

If you are serious in getting and operation, I could recommend you German doctors that had been working in normal hospitals for year.

One of the doctors is a professor who conducted the first “sexual transgender” operation in Germany (therefore have an understanding in the sexual area)

After going a long way around I finally ended up meeting him due to my server condition.

Now, I’m trying to get some money to get this new (3^rd) operation done to correct the mess initiated in Berlin.

Penisverdickung El-Seweifi Technik

Die Entwicklung der Penis-Verdickungsmethode hat sich in den letzten Jahren rasant beschleunigt. Anfänglich wurde Vaseline injiziert, später körpereigenes Fettgewebe. Danach folgte die Transplantation von körpereigenem Unterhautfettgewebe, das aus dem Gesäß entnommen wurde, der Einsatz von Silikonprothesen, Injektionen von in die Umgebung des Penis, Injektionen mit Silikon, Vaseline oder heißem Wachs unter die Haut des Penis oder die Implantation von Permacol. All diese Methoden führten häufig zu unerwünschten Ergebnissen, z.B. Abstoßungsreaktionen (bei Anwendung körperfremden Materials), Reabsorption (bei der Verwendung von Fett) und besonders zu Entstellungen und Vernarbungen. Eine sicherere Methode stellt die Implantation von Alloderm dar, welches einer nicht reagierenden menschlichen Haut entspricht. Unter Berücksichtigung des sehr hohen Preises führt Alloderm nicht zur gewünschten Zunahme an Dicke. Die Injektion von körpereigenem Fettgewebe oder die Transplantation von körpereigenem Fettgewebe führt zur erwähnten Reabsorption oder Assymetrie und manchmal auch zu Funktionsverlusten. Darüber hinaus sind Narben anfangs nicht sichtbar, weil die Haut direkt am Gesäß oder in der Leiste entnommen wird, auch können sie gänzlich vermieden werden, wenn die teuren und dünnen Alloderm Transplantate verwendet werden. Die sicherste Methode besteht, wie Forschungsergebnisse zeigten, in der Implantation von VYPRO II Netzgewebe unterhalb der Penishaut, dadurch werden lang anhaltende Ergebnisse ohne Empfindungsbeeinträchtigungen erreicht. Diese Methode basiert auf Verwendung eines bekannten Materials, das schon sehr häufig beim Menschen zum Einsatz kam. Es vermindert das Risiko einer Abstoßungsreaktion und Infektion und vermeidet alle Probleme, die oben im Zusammenhang mit anderen Methoden erwähnt wurden. Die durchschnittliche Umfangszunahme unserer Patienten beträgt ca. 2 – 2,5 cm (in einigen Fällen wurde ein Umfang von 17 cm erreicht). Das bedeutet eine Umfangszunahme des Penis von 30 –50 %. Meiner Meinung nach ist diese neue Methode erheblich sicherer, als die Methode der Fettinjektion und derzeit die bestmögliche Therapieform.
